Chartered Residential Surveyor Required – £80k-£100k OTE – Bespoke London Patch
My client is a thriving private practice covering Greater London and select Home Counties. They are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor (with VRS) to provide oversight of their in house reporting to ensure quality/compliance whilst also performing a light fee earning duty (2-5 jobs per week) – giving a ‘best of both worlds’ balance of work.
They undertake a predominantly residential workload of low volume, high quality instructions for lucrative fees as well as providing a range of specialist services across the wider residential sector.
They do not undertake panel work or provide valuation for secured lending.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- MRICS / FRICS
- VRS Registered
- A demonstrable track record of undertaking private valuations, L2 & L3 inspections and reports
- Experience of compliance / report oversight (desirable but not essential)
- Exposure to a broad workload such as: Property Management / Expert Witness / RCA / Party Wall (desirable but not essential)
