Property Manager – Brentford (Hybrid) – £45-£50k
We’re working exclusively with a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in the management of residential blocks and estates across London and the inner M25.
Traditional in their approach but extremely modern in their methods, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:
- 2-4 years Block Management experience, undertaking the full range of duties with a proven track record of accountability to resident directors and freeholder clients
- Portfolio is compact, all inner m25 and manageable in terms of unit numbers (no estates contained within it are troublesome or in financial arrears and all resident directors are cooperative)
- Reporting into a Brentford office base with up to 4 days home working offered once settled
- Providing a quality, service led proposition to long retained clients and residents, mostly across RMC sites but also some newer developments and freeholder appointed estates
- Professional qualifications useful but not essential, experience and attitude are key determiners of suitability (although our client will support and fund professional study for those who wish to obtain their letters in post)
