- Traditional private practice set up with Agency, Surveying and Auctioneering arms (each feeding the other in addition to external client workloads)
- Working for institutional and private clients on a valuation-biased workload (IHT, Probate, Matrimonial, Loan Security etc.)
- No volume residential panel valuation work, only red book / long-form reports for private banks / specialist lenders
- Wider professional work available relating to Landlord & Tenant Matters for those keen/experienced
- Long-standing friendly team, relaxed, professional environment, excellent long-term career potential.
The salary for the successful surveyor is completely negotiable but will sit within current market rates and come with additional benefits and incentives.
