They service top-tier lender and private instructions carrying out the full range of reports from basic mortgage valuations to full building surveys on a low-volume basis.
In response to strong instruction levels and upcoming retirements, they require additional Residential Surveyors in:
- SE London
In terms of remuneration, our client will pay a basic salary of £60k with a high percentage bonus scheme, car allowance (or quality German car), pension and private healthcare.
They are interviewing immediately, with work waiting to be undertaken.
