Senior Property Manager (Team Leader) – Middlesex (Hybrid) – c£65k+
We’re working with a long established, highly reputable and multi award winning Property Management company who are looking to hire a Senior Property Manager (Team Leader) as follows:
- Working on a hybrid basis (2 days office, 3 days home) reporting into a Middlesex based office Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm
- TPI qualified with 3-5+ years’ experience and a stable career history
- Management of a small but highly valuable, key client portfolio, undertaking the full range of duties from budget oversight to major works management and insurance provision
- Oversight of a team of Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers, ensuring adherence to property management procedures, H&S and wider guidelines / regulation set by ARMA and RICS
- Direct liaison with clients, including freeholders and developers, dealing with matters ranging from escalated complaints to handovers
- Main support for Property Managers in reviewing and resolving initial questions/requests for help.
- Feeding back to the board in relation to portfolio changes
- To act as second point of contact for escalations and complaints.
- Providing higher-level approval for various items as directed by the management team.
Salary for the successful Senior Property Manager (Team Leader) will start at up to £67k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance. Benefits include 23 days holiday, 4 days off at Christmas, private healthcare, funded study (for property qualifications) and pension.
