Property Manager – Harrow or SE1 (Southbank) – c£45k
We’re working with an independent, boutique Residential Agency who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager (or experienced Assistant PM ready to step up) for their highly regarded block management team as follows:
- Working office based to start from either Harrow (Middlesex) or South Bank (SE London) – there may be some home working offered once settled.
- Overseeing a long held, high quality portfolio of blocks (located within Central London predominantly) with the support of an assistant and administrator
- Undertaking the full range of block management duties from budget setting to major works management, insurance provision and resident liaison.
- TPI qualification (or relevant Real Estate Degree in absence of) essential
- You will have at least 2 years block management experience and a stable career history (whether as a Property Manager or Assistant – this will provide the latter an opportunity to take the next step in their career)
- The boutique nature of our client will enable the successful Property Manager to bring forth and implement new ideas, shape the department and have genuine influence on the future of the business
Starting salary up to £45k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance
