Client-Side Property Manager – Weybridge – c£45k

We’re working with a long-established, family owned and run property investment and development group who are looking to hire an in-house (client side) Property / Maintenance Manager as follows:

  • Group owned Property Portfolio totalling 750 units, comprising residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes across the South-East / Southern home counties
  • Office based in Surrey, close to Weybridge (Mon-Fri 9-5)
  • Working amongst a long-standing, friendly team
  • Focused on (a) Maintenance/Repairs and (b) Managing the Managing Agents through which blocks are overseen (our client is the freeholder)
  • You will NOT be dealing with leasehold matters (Service Charge etc.), only the managing agents appointed to oversee group owned blocks/freeholds (there are 7 x managing agents in total)
  • Ensuring that group wide maintenance, repair and capital project matters are dealt with promptly and cost effectively, using group contractors where able and external specialists when necessary
  • H&S Compliance
  • Landlord & Tenant Matters – Rent reviews, Void reduction etc.
  • Insurance Matters

You will come from a Property Management / Maintenance background with a stable career history, have experience of QUBE and/or Zahara and ideally drive with your own vehicle.

The successful Client-Side Property Manager can expect a starting salary around £45k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
