Assistant / Intermediate Property Manager (Block) – Bromley (Hybrid) – up to £40k
We’re working with a long-established, stable, and reputable managing agent in Bromley who are looking to appoint an Assistant / Intermediate level Property Manager (Block) as follows:
- Working from a Bromley office base, with some home working once settled
- Small, longstanding team, very friendly with lots of support
- Reporting into a Senior Property Manager, taking ownership of (or assisting with) the full range of tasks from Budgets to insurance, site inspections and major works
- Overseeing a long held and mostly local portfolio of cooperative RMC sites, small to medium sized with minimal arrears and no longstanding issues
- Highly customer focused, dealing with valued clients
- Would suit an Assistant Property Manager looking to take on greater responsibility, or an Intermediate Property Manager keen to progress their career
- Professional qualification desirable but not essential and can be supported in post once settled
Salary for the successful Assistant Property Manager (looking to step up) will range from £30-40k depending on experience, with regular reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
