A step up to Regional/Area Management for Residential Surveyors (non-corporate)
We’re working with several independent, non-corporate regional and national Surveying firms who are looking to restructure their growing teams with the appointment of additional Regional / Area Surveyors as follows:
- Independent firms, non-volume providers with a “quality over quantity” focus
- Dual responsibility for both fee earning and Regional Management (a flexible ratio of each determined by you and your remuneration requirements)
- Regions available across the Southeast (London and Counties)
- Overseeing quality, compliance, technical proficiency, and client satisfaction, ensuring excellent internal and external relationships to further the growth and reputation of the business
- Strictly non-corporate with none of the pressures associated with similar roles in larger, national environments, thereby ensuring work life balance through sensible working hours and targets
- You will be RICS qualified with 5 years PQE, and have excellent technical knowledge gained from undertaking a wide range of work including L2, L3 Surveys

Remuneration will include a basic salary up to £80k alongside bonuses (derived from your own fee earning), car allowance and benefits.
