We’re working exclusively with a long-established, medium-sized independent private practice based in London.
With an impressive international client base including Private Banks, Hedge Funds and HNW individuals, they are now looking to hire an additional Surveyor for their high yielding Kent patch as follows
- Low volume, high fee workload
- Centred on TN but covering the immediately surrounding postcodes
- Long Form Valuation (commercial bias – development / HMO etc.)
- MRICS / VRS essential (with 5 years PQE or thereabouts – our client cannot consider AssocRICS Surveyors at this time)
- Training available for those with minimal commercial exposure (i.e. historic or as part of a predominantly residential workload)
- Quality over quantity ethos (high fee / low volume – not “5 points per day etc.)
- Diversity of workload (commercial, residential etc.)
- Unrivalled commitment to work-life balance
- Optional Saturday morning working for 50% of fees generated (in real terms equating to up to £2k for a few hours work)
- Highly desirable employer, positions rarely available and often only vacant through retirement or business growth
In addition to a basic salary up to £75k, the successful Surveyor can expect a generous car allowance, pension, annual leave entitlement and uncapped bonuses (percentage of fees) with no threshold. The average surveyor earnings across the practice are £110k+.
