Client Side Estate / Building Manager – c£70k – Wembley
Would you like to work client side, direct for a Developer, managing a single, high end site?
Are you a relationship builder with excellent customer facing skills who would rather spend your time enhancing experiences rather than setting budgets or answering every day portfolio queries?
We’re working with a boutique London developer who are looking to appoint an Estate Manager on one of their recently completed (highly prestigious) sites as follows:
- Site based in Wembley, working directly for the Developer (our client manages everything in-house)
- No responsibility for budget setting or major works, you will focus solely on the smooth day to day running of the development, ensuring its residents enjoy the best experience possible
- Development comprises commercial/retail units alongside 5 x blocks with extensive amenities including Swimming Pool, Gym, Cinema, Roof Terrace and Games Room
- Highly customer focused – you will be resident facing at all times
- Previous FM / experience of plant room / pool testing highly desirable (perhaps you’ve managed similar sites as part of a wider portfolio?)
- Managing relationships with (and the performance of) suppliers/contractors
- Oversight of on-site staff including rotas (8 x concierge / porter / caretaker)
- Regular liaison / reporting to Head office (i.e. budget input, concerns etc.)
- Good local knowledge beneficial, exposure to QUBE advantageous
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm you can expect a starting basic salary up to £70k alongside benefits, generous annual leave and regular reviews based on performance and tenure.
