I echo the sentiments of most people here in saying that good recruiters are very very hard to come by. BBL Property Recruitment are one of those rare finds. From start to finish they take ownership of all the logistics and burdens so you can focus on just presenting your best self to prospective employers.

A massive shout out to my contact Luke Rumble who is such a joy to work with and speak to. Gave me countless insights on how to prepare for the interview, gave serious thought as to what role was right for me and took an interest in me in general as a person. Luke was proactive in getting updates for me and even called when there was no update to tell me there was no update which is something other employment agencies should take a note of. If you are a top quality candidate (even if i do say so myself) they will find you a role in no time. My process took less than 2 weeks start to finish.

A good recruiter is hard to find with many not responding or only interested in their commission. Step up the exception..Luke Rumble and team from BBL. Luke responded every time and was willing to listen to what I wanted, setting up interviews and giving me all the help and support to achieve the dream job. When I turned down a role he was fully understanding of my reasons and helped me find the next opportunity. He even called me on a Saturday returning my accidental call.
