About the Role
We are seeking a Building Surveyor to undertake Stock Condition Surveys on behalf of a London-based Housing Association. This is a contract position involving surveys across multiple blocks in London.
Project Details
- Total units: 107 flats across 6 blocks
- Location: London (Travel Zones 1-3)
- Duration: Late October / Early November start, lasting 2-3 months
Requirements
- Must have own condition survey template
- Must be able to invoice through a limited company or self-employed status
- Ability to complete 3-4 surveys per day
