Residential Surveyors Required / SAVA Graduates Required / Recently Qualified Surveyors Required
My client is seeking to hire additional surveyors as a result of ongoing success and strategic expansion across the midlands and the north.
Potential surveyors must have AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS. Their workload is mainly L2 and L3 surveys alongside private valuations – training and support can be provided for either building pathology or valuation methodology should it be needed.
Reports are undertaken on a low volume basis with a focus on quality and customer care.
They are offering:
- c£40k a year basic salary to start
- Commission scheme – paid monthly
- Car allowance from day one
- All mileage and expenses paid
- Training and regular CPD
