Handling property claims end-to-end — surveying damage, managing claims, and coordinating contractors. You’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners, letting agents, and insurers, working to secure the best outcomes.
You’ll inspect properties following incidents (e.g. escape of water, fire, flood), produce detailed reports and scopes of work, raise and negotiate insurance claims, and oversee repairs through to completion. You’ll also support client relationships and help grow regional business activity. Training and support can be provided.
Duties will include:
- Attending property damage incidents and assess impact
- Surveying properties and produce clear scopes of work
- Managing and negotiate claims with insurers on-site
- Coordinating contractors and oversee reinstatement works
- Keeping clients (owners, tenants, agents) informed throughout
- Supporting client relationships and local business development
- Helping drive regional operations and service delivery
You will need:
- Experience in property management, maintenance, or insurance claims
- Good understanding of building repairs and insurance processes
- Confident dealing with insurers and clients
- Full UK driving licence
On offer is a salary between £32–£42k, 30 days’ leave (inc. bank holidays), pension, salary sacrifice childcare, paid mileage, and a company vehicle.
There will also be additional incentives (such as bonuses) once you are up and running with the role.
