Staff Valuer / Client-Side Valuation Surveyor – South West London//Twickenham/Surrey/Redhill

Due to the increased workload and business demand, our client is urgently seeking an additional full-time Residential Surveyor covering:

GU1-5, 11, 12, 14 – 25, 46, 47, 51, 52, KT, RH, SM, SW13 – 20, TW

Surveyors working in-house for our lender client undertake no more (but sometimes less than) 3 x Valuations daily with a focus on compliance and quality underpinned by sensible booking (despite a large patch, most surveyors do less daily mileage than their corporate counterparts) and salary led remuneration.

Naturally, Surveyors working for a lender such as this enjoy unrivalled job security and the very best work, guaranteed by their panelling policy.

Remuneration offered includes:

  • Basic salary between £60,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience).
  • Annual profit share based on group performance (typically c£2k).
  • Fully financed prestige company car, 27 days holiday, stakeholder pension, private medical insurance (single cover), all equipment to include surveying gear, phone, printer, laptop etc.

Those keen to apply will need to hold MRICS/FRICS qualification (with VRS), ideally have experience of BTL or HMO inspection, a clean credit history/CRB and live within range of the postcodes covered.
