Applying a holistic approach to the survey process, their focus is as much on the end users experience as it is volume and turnaround times, an ethos that ensures unrivalled staff retention rates and satisfaction amongst incumbent surveyors.
Due to demand (NOT departure!), an additional surveyor is now required in High Wycombe where the successful candidate can expect to work on a predominantly mortgage valuation workload with limited homebuyers and building surveys.
Suitable Surveyors will need to hold MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS qualification, VRS accreditation (or immediate eligibility), reside within (or have covered) HP postcodes, have a stable, committed work history and a genuine desire to work client side for a basic salary led package where volume and turnaround alone aren’t the only markers for decent bonuses / reward.
