Our client is a large independent residential block managing agent with regional offices covering the whole of the UK.

They oversee in excess of 70,000 flats within blocks and estates dealing with the full management cycle from new build handover to service charge collection, maintenance and major works.

They currently require an additional service charge accountant / property accountant to work from their Hoddesdon based office.

Duties are to include but not be limited to: – Preparation of annual service charge accounts, Service charge balance sheet reconciliations, Assist with finalising bank reconciliations, Liaise with property managers on accounting matters and assist in producing monthly reports.

You will ideally have 2 + years’ experience and hold relevant accountancy qualifications (although not essential)

Salary for the successful candidate will range from £20k-£26k depending on experience and qualifications
