Our client has been operating as a property services provider in prime London postcodes since 1958 and over the years has earned a reputation as one of the largest, most innovative and well known independent managing agents in the City.

Due to continued demand for their services, they currently have a requirement for a Senior Property Manager (with a minimum of 5 years property management experience) to oversee a manageable portfolio of leasehold blocks from a prime SW1 office.

Suitable Senior Property Managers will have experience with the setting of Service Charge budgets, Major Works and Section 20 consultation, contractor and site-staff management, building insurance matters and chairing AGM’s.

The successful Senior Property Manager will ideally have a relevant qualification (IRPM / RICS) although not essential – experience and commitment will suffice in their absence.

Ideally (although not essentially) you will have experience in managing other property managers as you will work closely with the team leader in overseeing the team.

Salary for this position is to fall in the range of £40k – £46k (Negotiable) with genuine career prospects.
