Having reviewed their existing and pipeline management agreements, they have now require a Senior Property Manager for their Leeds office.
This Senior Property Manager vacancy is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Property Manager in the north west, either one who seeks a step up from Property manager level or an existing senior property manager looking to expand their remit in a larger setting. Suitable senior property managers should have (or intend to obtain) IRPM qualification with 3 years sector experience and thorough knowledge of all aspects of block management (service charges, major works/S20 etc.). This senior property manager position oversees a small team comprising property managers and assistants/administrators and reports to the Associate Director directly. The portfolio overseen from this office comprises a good mix of freeholder blocks, RTM/RMC blocks and new builds, so it is important that applicants are well rounded in order to assist others in best management practice.
Remuneration for the successful Senior Property Manager will range from £35-40k per annum to start with a corporate benefits package and ongoing reviews and uplifts based on performance and tenure.
