We have been instructed EXCLUSIVELY and CONFIDENTIALLY by an ultra-prime managing agent based in Knightsbridge.
Long established with an impeccable reputation amongst their target HNW demographic, they are so exclusive, that they do not have (nor require) a website.
With a management service by “invite only”, their portfolio is small but EXTREMELY high yielding, comprising a resident clientele expecting (and receiving) a gold standard service throughout.
As part of their service offering, they have identified the need to lower the units per property manager to such a (low) level that personal relations can be further developed and guaranteed, resulting in a rare, highly sought after vacancy for a “top drawer” Senior Property Manager.
Working out of a prestigious Knightsbridge office base overseeing landmark/listed blocks within walking distance, the suitable Property Manager will oversee LESS THAN 200 units dealing with demanding (but highly cooperative and appreciative) residents, service charge budgets, complex major works to listed buildings (where reserve funds ALWAYS contain sufficient funds and getting approval isn’t a battle!) and a level of service/attention to detail far beyond what most would consider the norm.
You will have AT LEAST 10 years block management experience, MIRPM or RICS qualification, a stable career history (ideally servicing the higher end of the market), exposure to (or knowledge of) listed buildings and a desire to know your portfolio/residents in such a detailed fashion that it almost becomes personal.
Suffice to say, customer satisfaction and thoroughness are a MUST.
Working as part of a close knit team, you will share administrative support but maintain involvement in EVERYTHING that relates to your small portfolio, whether that be checking letters, sealing envelopes or personally delivering information to residents where required, such is the attention to detail and accountability.
The successful property manager will have the option to work from home 1 day per week and enjoy remuneration that will include a basic salary around (or just over) £60k to start with a generous leave entitlement and other benefits.
