My client is a well-established, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers who operate from an office based in Weybridge overseeing leasehold blocks throughout London and the home counties.
Priding themselves on a personal service underpinned by professional accreditation, their clients include Resident’s Management Companies (RMCs), Right To Manage companies (RTM), Right To Enfranchise companies (RTE) as well as freehold investors and developers.
In order to provide the highest level of service to both new and existing clients, they now require a competent and professional Senior Property Manager / Head of Block Management to take on the management of their portfolio (mainly based around SW London, Surrey and Berkshire) and grow the team accordingly.
The successful Senior Property Manager / Head of Block Management will ideally be IRPM qualified (although not essential but will reflect in package offered). Duties for the successful Senior Property Manager / Head of Block Management will include the setting of service charge budgets, AGM chairing, insurance provision and claim, building inspection, (ideally) staff management, contractor management and general daily resident liaison.
There is already a full time assistant / administrator and a part time assistant / administrator in place to assist the successful Senior Property Manager / Head of Block Management in their day to day duties. As the portfolio grows you will be tasked with growing the team and running the department as you see fit.
Salary on offer for the successful Senior Property Manager / Head of Block Management will fall in the £30k – £40k mark depending on experience and qualification.
