We have been instructed exclusively by a highly reputable, highly successful, independent managing agent based in a highly desirable part of South East London.
Overseeing blocks across London and the inner M25 generally, their property portfolio consists of small new builds, established freeholder sites and predominantly, long-term retained RMC’s.
As a result of demand for their highly recommended, fast growing property management service, they now seek a senior property manager for oversight of both a small team and local, well run, longstanding portfolio.
Whether stepping up in to a senior property manager role or moving sideways to apply their senior skillset in a new environment, suitable Property Manager applicants will have 3-5 years block management experience, a stable career history, ideally IRPM/RICS qualification (or willingness to study for it) and a track record of providing excellent service to loyal but demanding RTM/RMC clients.
In terms of team leadership, the successful Property Manager will oversee a small team of property managers and assistant property managers undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to complex major works.
In addition, the successful property manager will manage their own small portfolio of key sites and blocks liaising with clients directly and the MD specifically.
Suitable Property Manager applicants must be service minded and technically competent with experience of working within ARMA/RICS professional standards.
As this role is NOT in the public domain and we are handling it exclusively, we are in a position to arrange interviews ASAP for those Property Managers suitable/keen this week and next.
If you are a well-rounded property manager keen to step up to team leadership, or an existing team leader keen to apply your skillset in a more independent, local or quality focused environment, fit the criteria, live within sensible, sustainable driving range of Greenwich and would like to find out more or express your interest, please apply now for immediate consideration.
