My client is a long established, highly respected family run managing agents based out of an East London office.

Providing bespoke Property Management / Block Management services to resident management companies (RMC), Right to Manage companies (RTM), Investors and Developers they now seek an additional experienced property manager / block manager to join and support their existing team.

As a fully independent, service minded Property Management firm suitable property managers / block managers will need to have a strong customer service focus and experience of all the main block management duties including:

-Service Charge Budget setting

-Major works process (S20) and management

-Contractor appointment and supervision

-Resident liaison and AGM’s

-Site Visits

-Buildings Insurance

The successful property manager / block manager will oversee a small, high quality portfolio comprising a range of block types with an onus on outstanding service provision and long term client retention.

Ideally, the successful property manager / block manager will hold IRPM qualification and have a minimum of 3+ years exact block management experience.

Our client is extremely busy and therefore needs to hire a suitable Property Manager / Block Manager ASAP.

Remuneration for the right property manager / block manager will include a basic salary up to £36k plus pension and long term career options.
