My client is a property management company specialising in the oversight of blocks of flats for leaseholders.
Through the collection of service charges they oversee lease compliance, maintenance, cleaning, gardening, major works and anything else required to ensure the proper upkeep of communal parts of blocks and grounds.
With a large number of incoming calls, letters and emails on a daily basis on top of the day to day workload of the property management team, a requirement has arisen for an Office Manager / Senior Administrator to oversee process, systems compliance and general administration.
The suitable Office Manager / Senior Administrator will need to come from a Property Management environment and have exposure to QUBE (property management software) as well as come from a stable career background, have experience of streamlining / implementing systems, improving services and organising office policy.
As well as oversight of systems, the successful Office Manager / Senior Administrator will deal with resident queries, liaise with in-house teams and generally ensure the smooth running of the block management service for clients and residents.
Our client is based close to Notting Hill Gate station so suitable Office Manager / Senior Administrator applicants should live within sensible (and sustainable) commuting range.
Hours of work for the successful Office Manager / Senior Administrator are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and salary is up to £28k to start.
For the successful Office Manager / Senior Administrator keen to progress their career in property management, our client is prepared to offer transitional training underpinned by professional qualification from year 2 of their tenure.
If you are an Office Manager / Senior Administrator who meets the above criteria and would like to find out more or express your interest, please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
