- Mayfair/Central London
- Ashbourne, Kent
Suitable Residential Surveyors will hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualification and VRS accreditation, as well as have a demonstrable track record in main lender reporting meeting turnaround and compliance targets as required. In addition, suitable Residential Surveyors will come from a claim free, stable career history with outstanding local knowledge and full understanding of the wide range of lender reporting formats.
Whilst our client is able to offer as much volume as the suitable Residential Surveyor might desire, their bonus scheme and incredible OTE are based on 5 points per day enabling a decent work life balance and quality focus.
As well as sensible workloads and efficient booking, successful Residential Surveyors working with my client will enjoy extremely compact patches, a high basic (up to £65k) and the latest systems enabling doorstep sign off.
