Suitable Residential Surveyors will hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS and VRS and come from stable career backgrounds with a track record of delivering high-quality reports for multiple client types. In addition, Residential Surveyors should be commercially aware with a view to capitalising on opportunities that arise through local networking and business development (i.e. through agency connections, when picking up keys etc.) in order to maintain a solid, diverse spread of work.
