Overview

My client is a South East based, London and Home Counties focused firm of Chartered Surveyors acting as the professional services arm of a wider property group.

With a diverse workload spanning mainstream lender panel appointments, private banking instructions, in-house referrals (via their wider property group) and private instructions through word of mouth/networking, they offer well rounded Residential Surveyors the perfect blend of HIGH OTE, work-life balance (through a combination of sensible volumes and compact patches) and a variety of workload.

As a result of unprecedented market demand, they now seek Residential Surveyors in the following locations (with additional patches arising steadily):

  • SE London
  • SW London
  • Surrey (all postcodes)

Suitable Residential Surveyors will hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS and VRS and come from stable career backgrounds with a track record of delivering high-quality reports for multiple client types. In addition, Residential Surveyors should be commercially aware with a view to capitalising on opportunities that arise through local networking and business development (i.e. through agency connections, when picking up keys etc.) in order to maintain a solid, diverse spread of work.

As well as enjoying an efficient booking team, successful Residential Surveyors can expect the latest tablet technology and training enabling maximum workflow, time management and ultimately OTE (and work/life balance).

Successful Residential Surveyors will enjoy a high basic (up to £70k), ZERO threshold bonus scheme (not based on points per day), sensible/manageable workload, quality company car (or allowance) and pension.

If you are an experienced Residential Surveyor who would like to influence the composition of your workload whilst maintaining your hand in the usual high street panel instructions, our client offers the perfect hybrid set up blending traditional with modern for extremely high OTE.
