Our client is an established, forward thinking surveying firm undertaking private surveys (and valuations) across the South East.
Surveyors working for our client typically join from corporate backgrounds having become tired of the ever increasing volumes, reporting formats, compliance, bonus payment complexity (moving of the goalposts!) and general lack of work life balance.
Ideal Candidate
Like minded, customer focused Residential Surveyors keen to work at a lesser pace with a quality focus for similar or better earnings. Our client isn’t just a production line churning out high volume MV’s and HBR’s, they offer a wider, residential focused workload for those with an interest and broader general professional skills (drone surveys, damp reports, thermal imaging surveys, new build snagging surveys, development consultancy and appraisals, land acquisition and disposal etc.).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years operational experience – AssocRICS / MRICS /FRICS and IDEALLY (but not essentially) VRS.
Package
Basic salaries up to £60k, a potential OTE c£90k (for the equivalent of 5 points per day in corporate terms) alongside a wider package including mileage, pension and RICS Fees.
