With a 5 point per day expectation, bonus scheme based on gross fees and basic salary range above current market trends, their proposition is one that appeals to both earnings motivated and lifestyle improvement seeking surveyors alike.

In terms of report types and volumes, our client undertakes a predominantly Mortgage Valuation workload with some HBR’s and very few building surveys.

Their patches are close-knit, logically booked and typically consist of a very small number of postcodes.

With regards to technology, our client uses iPads equipped with all the software required to enable doorstep sign off.
