One of our clients, an independent, panel appointed practice with national coverage, seeks a number of additional surveyors and can (in certain locations) assist those with transferable skill (as opposed to direct) by offering transitional training via an in house training manager.

At BBL, we have recruited for the Residential Sector for over two decades, during which time we have worked through downturns, financial crises, extremely buoyant markets and subdued ones. Our clients include high street and specialist lenders, property groups, panel managers, panel appointed practices and regional firms concentrating on private workloads.

Suitable Surveyors will be MRICS / FRICS or AssocRICS with VRS (or immediate eligibility to register under the scheme) with a background in either Valuation, Inspection, Loss Adjusting or Building Surveying and a keen interest in the residential market generally.

Once in post, successful Surveyors will undergo a period of shadowing an experienced residential surveyor whilst learning lender reporting formats with a dedicated training manger leading to eventual autonomy and their own patch of postcodes.

Newly training / autonomous fee earning Residential Surveyors can expect a basic salary in the region of £50k with a car allowance and uncapped bonuses enabling earnings in excess of £70k+
