Residential Surveyors – Corporate employers – Multiple locations
Having recruited Residential Surveyors for over 20 years we maintain excellent working relationships with most (if not all) of the major corporate panel managers UK wide.
As a result of those long-standing relationships (which have resulted in the placement of hundreds of job-satisfied surveyors across the UK) we developed a level of insight enabling truly “best fit” advice regardless of how specific your job search criteria or preferences might be.
Ever mindful of how small the sector can feel when it comes to exploring the job market in confidence, our one-stop-shop service ensures you’re fully aware of the facts (salary, culture, workload, benefits, comparison to present etc.) LONG BEFORE you’re ever required to submit your CV formally to a hiring manager.
Whether you’re working for one of the larger corporate/national panel management companies (and want to know what the competition pays), or find yourself with a desire to leave independent private practice but are unsure as to which corporate would provide the best in-road/supportive transition, we can offer confidential, impartial advice with access to both the data and vacancies to help make your job search as hassle-free and lucrative as it is confidential and discreet.
We currently have the following requirements for full-time Residential Surveyors within major national panel managers:
Suitable Surveyors will hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualification and VRS accreditation with at least 1 years autonomous residential valuation experience undertaking main lender reports in a dedicated patch.
For those with extensive sector experience, our clients expect a stable, claim free career history and track record of achieving volume, turnaround and compliance targets as per their employer requirements.
Salaries truly vary by region but generally fall in the range of £40-60k basic plus bonuses, car, pension and healthcare.
