My client is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential block property management.
Offering the full range of property management services they cover the whole of the Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and New Milton conurbation as well as the surrounding Dorset and Hampshire areas.
As members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) they operate under the highest professional standards with a combined staff experience of almost 100 years in block management.
Due to both new business acquisition and an impending retirement, an additional Residential Property Manager is sought to oversee a portfolio of blocks predominantly comprising RMC Blocks but also including some freehold and new build.
The successful property manager will undertake the full range of block management duties including service charge budgets, major works management, section 20 process, resident liaison, contractor management and occasional AGM’s.
Our client works very much 9-5 so there would be very little “after hours” work undertaken by the successful property manager.
Remuneration will include a basic salary in the region of £32k plus business expenses, mileage and 5 weeks holiday.
