Our client is a RICS registered multi discipline Chartered Surveying practice who specialise in the management of commercial and residential properties around London and the home counties.
Due to an increase in demand for their block management / property management services, they are now looking to take on an additional property manager / block manager with 3 – 5 years block related experience overseeing a manageable portfolio from their Surrey office.
Due to the forward thinking nature of my client, they are ideally looking for a block manager / property manager that is currently looking for that next step to a senior post.
Duties for the successful property manager will include: – service charge budgets, section 20 / major works, liaising with residents on site, buildings insurance and all other associated leasehold block property management tasks.
Package on offer for the successful property manager will be in the £30k – £40k range but is negotiable depending on experience. Evening meetings are paid as time in lieu or as overtime payments and the use of a company car as required.
Interviews for suitable leasehold property managers / residential block managers will happen ASAP.
