My client is a highly regarded, national firm of managing agents, overseeing a portfolio in excess of 50,000 flats within blocks on estates.

Working with freeholders, housebuilders and social housing providers they offer property managers a diverse workload overseeing high quality blocks in compact portfolios across the UK.

Having opened a new regional office on the south coast, they now seek a Regional Property Manager / Associate Director level property manager to oversee staff and business with an additional remit to further drive their service provision in new markets.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 15 Property Managers split across two south coast offices ensuring service levels are met, technical matters are handled in accordance with regulation and law and staff motivation and morale are sufficient for best performance.

In addition, you will liaise with clients (developers, resident directors etc.) in relation to new business, tendering for estates and blocks up for management and have involvement during handover.

You will also use their experience and contacts to open new lines of business across the south coast, perhaps utilising contacts on previously managed estates and within developers, housebuilders and freeholders to expand our clients service provision in the region.

You will report directly to the operations director in relation to all property, business and staff matters.

In terms of qualifications and experience, the suitable candidate will have at least 5-10 years managerial track record, MIRPM or RICS qualification and a stable career history at known, reputable firms.

Remuneration for the successful candidate will include a high basic (up to £55k), performance related bonus, executive car (or allowance) and other benefits.
