My client is an independent but national residential block management company.
Due to confirmed pipeline business, and organic growth, a vacancy has arisen in their West Yorkshire office for an additional Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee a well-run portfolio of leasehold blocks comprising new builds, RTM/RMC sites and freeholder estates.
The ideal Property Manager will ideally have 2 years leasehold property management experience including budget setting, major works management (including S20 consultation), site inspection, insurance provision and AGM’s.
In addition, the suitable Property Manager will be customer focused, professional, approachable and accountable with excellent written and spoken communication.
Our client is an ARMA member, so the successful Property Manager will ideally hold a professional qualification and be familiar with professional standards and compliance.
The role is predominantly office based, working Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and command a basic starting salary up to £28-32k.
