My client is an independent but national, multi office property consultancy specialising in residential sales, lettings and block management.
Within their West Yorkshire office a need has arisen for an additional Block Manager who will oversee a compact, well run portfolio of leasehold blocks comprising new builds, RTM/RMC sites and freeholder estates.
The suitable Residential Block Property Manager will need 2 years leasehold property management experience including budget setting, major works management (including S20 consultation), site inspection, insurance provision and AGM’s.
In addition, the suitable residential property manager will be customer focused, professional, approachable and accountable with excellent written and spoken communication.
Our client is an ARMA member so the successful Residential Property Manager will ideally hold professional qualification and be familiar with professional standards and compliance.
The successful Property Manager will be office based, work Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm and earn a basic salary starting up to £35k.
