Our client is a relatively new but extremely exciting and rapidly expanding Property Management / Block Management start up based in Shoreditch. Founded by highly respected industry figures with a simple but ambitious mission statement, they regard residents as valued customers and their flats as homes, thereby committing to a much more personal, bespoke approach in an often in-personal, volume based and time constrained industry.

With dedicated finance and maintenance teams underpinned by the latest technology and coordinated by Property Managers / Block Managers acting as “Customer Relationship Managers”, our client provides a one stop shop, fully accountable service that is customer focused and completely different to the accepted norm.

As a result of rapid growth they now seek an additional, like-minded Property Manager / Block Manager who will undertake a 360 degree, fully accountable and dedicated Property Management / Block Management service acting as a single point of contact for residents (referred to internally as customers) whilst drawing on the support and experience of the dedicated in house teams.

Suitable Property Managers / Block Managers will come from a stable career background (which may include time spent in the hospitality or service sectors), have a GENUINE desire to approach property in a customer-centric manner and be prepared to carry out the full range of tasks from basic administration to client meetings and site inspection. In addition, you will not only be tech savvy but should embrace new ideas and practices, be prepared to go the extra mile whether assisting a resident or director and generally act as an ambassador for our clients brand and ethos.

Our client will pay anywhere from £26-40k for the successful candidate depending on experience and will happily consider those at all levels from Administrator to fully fledged Property Manager. In all cases, APPROACH, ETHOS and ATTITUDE are more important than technical and legal knowledge or qualification.
