My client is a well-regarded, regional property management firm with offices in Radlett.
They currently have a requirement for a Property Manager / Block Manager (with 2 + years’ experience) to oversee a manageable portfolio (from an institutionalised client and a high net worth individual) with the aim to progress within the company.
The suitable Property Manager / Block Manager will have experience with the setting of Service Charge budgets, Major Works and Section 20 consultation, contractor and site-staff management, building insurance matters and chairing AGM’s.
Relevant qualifications (IRPM / RICS) are desirable but not essential – experience and commitment will suffice in their absence.
Salary for this position is to fall in the range of £30k – £32k with genuine career prospects.
