Property Manager – Surrey / Sussex – part home, part office based to suit – c£36k
My client is the private sector subsidiary of a highly reputable housing provider, investing the profits it makes from property management in to longer term affordable housing for the wider community.
Working with a range of clients across the residential, commercial and retirement property sectors, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
In terms of practical property management duties, the successful property manager will deal with setting service charge budgets, oversee maintenance and major works, consult via the S20 process, deal with buildings insurance and visit sites for the purpose of contractor management and resident meetings.
Suitable Property Manager applicants will need to come from a stable career background, demonstrating commitment and progression with previous employers and ideally hold relevant professional qualification – IRPM or RICS. In addition, they will have outstanding customer service skills, good technical knowledge and a drive to progress their career.
This Property Manager role offers part home, part office based working (1-2 days in the office when they reopen) with the office base in Surrey and the portfolio spread across Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey, so residing in any would be ideal.
Remuneration for the right Property Manager will include a basic salary up to £32,300k and £4k car allowance paid on top.
