Using the latest systems, an ultra-modern, tech-savvy approach and by employing outstanding property managers with IRPM qualifications they have established themselves as the property managers of choice for a number of complex and landmark developments nationally.
As a result of block portfolio growth in their central London office, they now seek a property manager to deal with the full range of leasehold block management duties including service charge budgets, major works, insurance and repairs as well as attend site visits and AGM’s.
The successful Property Manager / Block Manager will ideally hold (or aspire to qualify via) IRPM accreditation with a stable career background, excellent communication skills and a desire to improve leaseholder experiences.
My client is forward thinking and is offering the successful Property Manager / Block Manager flexible working (the ability to combine site visits with home working 2 days per week) BUT would be required to attend the office for meetings / training sessions regularly.
Remuneration for the successful property manager / block manager will depend on experience but will start around £40k – £50k (on experience) with excellent potential for raises and progression.
