Property Manager – SW6 – up to £43k

My client is a long established, independent managing agent providing a traditional, resident focused block management service to ultra-prime RMC blocks in London.

With staff undertaking a 360 degree role across the board, residents and directors are accustomed to a one stop shop service with complete accountability and quick turnaround.

With demand for their service growing, they now seek an independent minded, career-stable property manager for a static, secure role overseeing a highly prized portfolio.

Working 9am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri the successful Property Manager can expect very few (if any) out of hours calls and excellent team support across accounts and maintenance.

You will set budgets, deal with residents/directors, oversee major works and generally ensure management agreement SLA’s are upheld.

Our client works office based (no home working post-COVID) so this role would not suit those seeking flexibility, likewise Property Managers keen on corporate environments.

IRPM 1 is essential, any additional qualification would be advantageous.

Salary up to £43k to start.
