My client is a Southampton based firm of Property Managers specialising in residential block management within Southampton specifically and along the M3 generally.
As an independent, well established firm with an excellent reputation, their portfolio has grown to the point where an additional Property Manager (or assistant property manager stepping up) is required for a part home based role overseeing a 350 unit block portfolio comprising RMC and Freeholder sites with no long running issues or service charge arrears.
Working up to 3 days from home, the successful property manager (or assistant property manager stepping up) will have responsibility for service charge management, buildings insurance, maintenance, major works oversight (including S20 consultation), site visits and residents meetings as well as every day correspondence and contractor liaison.
Suitable Property Managers (or assistant property manager’s stepping up) will have 2 years+ experience and come from a stable career history, as well as reside in or close to Southampton or along the M3 anywhere up to London.
Whilst IRPM qualification is desirable, it isn’t essential and our client will encourage, support and fund those keen to obtain it.
Salary for the successful property manager (or assistant property manager stepping up) is up to £30k to start with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
