Property Manager – small independent firm – £35k
Our client is a very traditional, small to medium sized independent managing agent established to manage blocks within Hertfordshire and the closely surrounding N London postcodes.
Based in Hertford and with an almost entirely RMC client base, their service focuses on the smaller blocks often overlooked, over charged and for the most part poorly regarded by the larger national management companies.
As a result of growth, an additional Property Manager is required for oversight of a demanding (but well run) 800 unit portfolio spread across 11 sites undertaking the full range of duties from service charge management to insurance matters and major works.
Suitable Property Manager’s will prefer local over national and independent over corporate, mirroring our clients unique selling point to its clients.
You’ll be details orientated, customer focused, able to empathise with lessees and keen to provide a value for money service for blocks who remain under management through choice.
IRPM qualification is preferred but not essential, although you must have 3+ years block experience and come from a stable career background.
Home working is NOT an option, our client are traditional in their set up and approach so Property Manager’s must be like minded in this regard.
Salary will start up to £35k with provision for pool car use or HMRC Mileage allowance if you prefer to use your own.
