As existing Senior Property Managers and Directors have been absorbed in to the new organisation, a vacancy has arisen for a Head of Property Management (with directorship/equity potential) to drive the block portfolio, staff and client base forward utilising resources from both firms to improve market share and revenues.
Holding MIRPM / AssocRICS qualification (as a minimum) the suitable Head of Property Management will have at least 5 years block sector experience and a diverse skillset covering portfolio management (service charges, block on-boarding, S20 major works etc), team management and business management.
With the responsibility and autonomy to drive the business through a period of consolidation and growth, the successful Head of Property Management will liaise with clients, visit blocks/estates, evaluate incumbent staff, drive a marketing campaign and generally approach the business as if it were their own.
The successful Head of Property Management must live within 45 minutes’ drive of Eastbourne and understand the block / leasehold market locally.
As well as a dedicated parking space the suitable Head of Property Management will enjoy a generous remuneration package including a basic salary up to £40k to start and directorship/equity share once through probation.
