My client is a relatively new but well established Block Property Management company servicing RMC blocks and estates across Greater London and the inner M25 region generally.
With demand for their niche property management service growing they now require an additional property manager to oversee a soon-to-be-live RMC estate dealing with all Property Management matters including:
Service Charge Budget setting/administration/collection
Maintenance, Repairs and Major works
S20 notices and process
Residential liaison, site visits and AGM’s
Suitable Property Managers will have experience of managing RMC block clients with awareness of their needs and the ability to provide a service led property management function.
The successful property manager will need to hold AIRPM qualification as a minimum with at least 2 years block management experience in either a corporate or independent leasehold property management setting.
