Our client is an independent property management company overseeing Right to Manage and Resident Management Company blocks in and around Surrey/Hampshire.

Formed by Resident Directors for Resident Directors, they have a first hand understanding of the complexities and nuances of block management ensuring their management approach is bespoke to each and every estate within their portfolio.

As a result of growth, entirely through recommendation, they now require an additional Property Manager / Block Manager for their dedicated, Fleet (GU51) based block management team.

Working exclusively with RTM/RMC sites, you will have first hand dealings with resident directors keen to employ a personal approach, working consultatively in relation to budgets, maintenance, major works and insurance matters.

As an experienced Property Manager / Block Manager, you will have set service charge budgets, overseen contractors, dealt with insurance provision and claims, gone through the major works/S20 process and generally provided a visible, transparent and cooperative property management service to appreciative clients/estates of varying sizes.

Suitable Property Managers / Block Managers will have 3 years block management experience, ideally (but not essentially) some related professional qualification/membership (IRPM / RICS etc.), a stable career history, service mentality, diplomatic approach and genuine desire to provide a fair service for fair fees.

Our client is NOT a national/corporate property management company so will not suit those seeking environments geared towards major freeholders and developers.
