Residential Block Manager – East London/Essex – £30-40k

My client is a major UK developer, freeholder, landlord and managing agent with extensive residential assets across London and the South East, including prime and ultra-prime.

With further growth anticipated through its own developments and acquisitions, an opportunity has arisen for a residential block manager / property manager to oversee an RTM and RMC block portfolio from their purpose built, high tech East London office base.

The successful residential block manager / property manager will undertake the full range of residential property management tasks including service charge budget setting, major works identification and management, block insurance, resident liaison, general repairs and maintenance and chairing AGM’s.

Suitable residential block manager / Property Manager applicants will have 2 years minimum residential block management experience with a stable career history and ideally (but not essentially) IRPM or RICS qualification/training.

The successful residential block manager / property manager will enjoy long term job security and excellent long term career prospects, as well as outstanding financial incentives for new business.

Remuneration for the right residential block manager/ property manager is negotiable but likely to fall in the range £30-40k to start.
