My client is an internationally renowned and highly reputable developer responsible for the building and oversight of some of the most striking residential and commercial developments worldwide.

With offices in London and the Far East, they have completed over 1000 residential units, have another 1000 in the pipeline and enjoy off plan sales approaching £1bn.

In order to ensure the very best management and handover of new and existing blocks and estates, they are now looking to recruit a highly experienced property manager / block manager to manage external property managers / managing agents, liaise between residents, new buyers and construction personnel in relation to snagging/warranty and generally ensure the very highest standards of property management in keeping with their premium brand.

Suitable property manager / block manager applicants will have at least 5 years residential property management experience, professional property qualification (IRPM / RICS etc.) and a track record in new builds including snagging matters, warranty and standards. The successful property manager will also need in depth knowledge of service charge matters, maintenance life cycles, insurances and top level customer service.

Block Managers currently working in a role for prime managing agents overseeing high end new builds would be particularly suitable for this role, as would those with strong previous exposure to developer liaison and handovers.

The successful candidate will NOT manage a portfolio, rather they will ensure any agents appointed to do so will do so according to the expected standards.

This client side / developer property role would best suit a property manager keen to apply their extensive property experience in a standards/customer focused setting.
