As a result of unprecedented growth in their Cheltenham office, an additional Property Manager is required for oversight of a 25 development portfolio comprising both new build and established freeholder estates undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to major works, insurance provision and AGM’s.
The successful Property Manager will enjoy access to a pool car, flexible working hours (early start early finish, late start late finish etc. to suit), early finish Fridays, extensive social events/performance incentives and a starting basic salary up to £35k (rising further with tenure and performance)
As well as a compact, well run and generally satisfied block portfolio the successful property manager will enjoy excellent career prospects and unrivalled job security.
Suitable Property Managers will need to have 2+ years block experience, live in (or within sensible range of) Cheltenham and ideally (but not essentially) hold (or have a desire to undertake) IRPM qualification.
Whilst a stable career history is preferred, our client is prepared to consider those whose employment history is less committed as long as legitimate explanation can be provided.
