My client is a relatively new but well-established and fast growing property management company based in Bromley.
As a result of unprecedented growth through word of mouth and repeat business, their block portfolio has increased in size to the point where an additional Property Manager (possibly x 2) is sought for oversight of a compact, local portfolio comprising RTM/RMC, Freeholder and Developer blocks.
Priding themselves on their service mentality, plain speaking, best value and professional standards they seek a like-minded Property Manager from a stable career background with at least 3 years’ experience and ideally (but not essentially) IRPM qualification.
The successful Property Manager will work as part of a vibrant team in well equipped, modern offices dealing with the full range of leasehold property management duties include service charge budgeting, buildings insurance provision, major works management (inc. S20 consultation), contractor management and resident correspondence as well as site visits and AGM’s.
This role could suit a Property Manager seeking a move away from corporate employment, a property manager working for a smaller independent managing agent looking for greater autonomy and prospects or simply a Property Manager looking for a new opportunity closer to home.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with occasional AGM’s repaid as time off in lieu
Remuneration will include a starting basic salary up to £40k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
